Seeing as James always puts up nasty things about Murphy and rabbits in general, I thought I'd just say a few nice things about him and give you a few cute pictures to look at.

• He has been my friend and companion for over seven years, keeping me company when I lived on my own.
• It is really nice to have cuddles with him - his coat is lovely and soft to stroke and he licks your hand in return.
• He is an absolute character and often has us in stitches.
• His flower pot trick is absolutely hilarious and is bound to make me £250 on You've Been Framed if I can find someone with a camcorder to record it for me!
• He's an absolute chocoholic, eating everything from Dairy Milk to Curly Wurly and even things like After Eights. He will steal it given half the chance, and makes me feel less guilty when I eat it because he always wants a small piece!
• Rabbits are so easy to care for, compared to a dog - there is no problem asking my mum or a neighbour to feed him if we want to go away for a weekend. Therefore I get all the love of a pet without the guilt of having to leave a dog shut up in the house all day whilst both of us are working.

So there you have it - my friend and companion - Murphy!
